CleanOpsStaff-3ed Program Deactivation

Deactivating your program on this machine will allow you to activate your program on a different machine and be in compliance with your single user license.  Follow the below instructions:

Note: If you have not already started the CleanOpsStaff-3ed Program Manager, you must first run the CleanOpsStaff Program Manager and be viewing this webpage in the CleanOpsStaff-3ed Program Manager web mini-browser window. Program Deactivation is done from within the CleanOpsStaff-3ed Program Manager Program Deactivation form not from your web browser.
 

1. If the Program Deactivation form is not already visible in the CleanOpsStaff-3ed Program Manager click the Deactivate CleanOpsStaff-3ed  button in the CleanOpsStaff-3ed Program Manager at the bottom of the left panel.

2. Enter the required information and click the Deactivate CleanOpsStaff-3ed button in the Deactivation form. You will need your Product Code and Activation Key.

3. Your program will be deactivated and an email notification will be sent to Hunter Consulting and Training.  You will receive an email from Hunter Consulting and Training acknowledging your program deactivation.

4. You can now legally activate the your program on a different computer using the Product Code and Activation Key.
